  9. NewsRog 1.8 Library Patch A: 22-Aug-99

  11. This patch fixes a memory corruption problem that can cause random
  12. crashes in NewsRog 1.8.  All users are urged to install this patch.
  13. {p} {p}
  14. To install this patch, copy the file
  15. {p} {p}
  16. S5697_NArticle.mcc
  17. {p} {p}
  18. to the MUI subdirectory of your NewsRog install directory, and reboot
  19. your Amiga.  (You may also simply quit NewsRog and insure that all of
  20. the NewsRog libraries are flushed from memory; a reboot simply insures
  21. that this happens).

  23. This patch may ONLY be used with NewsRog version 1.8.  Installing this
  24. patch on earlier or later versions will cause unpredictable results.
